Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage
inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a
timely manner
Read scripts verbatim for products and services and provide
rebuttals when necessary
Build positive relationships with customers by addressing their
questions and concerns effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous outbound call experience required
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially Outlook
Desire to succeed and a motivated, competitive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
