Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Client Success Specialist to
assist clients in recruiting participants for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure they
understand how to achieve their goals
Monitor client projects to meet enrollment targets and address any
issues that arise
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and
referrals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in client support or a similar role
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proven track record of building relationships with clients
