Crisis24 Protective Solutions is a dynamic security firm specializing in threat assessment and public figure protection. We focus on assessing, predicting, and managing violence.
Join our team and receive a competitive signing bonus! Eligibility depends on pre-employment completion of the Protective Operations Course (POC) or meeting waiver criteria. Bonuses range from $1,500 to $3,000, paid in two installments: half after the first shift and half after 90 days of employment, contingent upon good standing.

Relevant experience may include executive protection, alarm/camera operation, residential security, emergency response, or related fields.

What You Will Work On :

• Responsible for safeguarding the client, family, and personal property at the residence.
  
• Incorporate the client's core values and code of conduct in all decisions and actions.
  
• Make real-time operational decisions to enhance safety for the client and family members.
  
• Maintain security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and communication records.
  
• Monitor intrusion detection systems, panic alarms, and CCTV cameras.
  
• Control access for visitors, employees, and vendors.
  
• Opportunities for travel and special assignments.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, family, and team members.
  
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  
• Work collaboratively with the client and team leads to resolve operational issues without impacting quality of life.
  
• Partner with intelligence teams, security operations, law enforcement, and other security firms to identify and mitigate threats.
  
• Detect and report suspicious activity and vulnerabilities.
  
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
  What You Will Bring:
  
  
• At least 2 years' experience in residential security or similar roles.
  
• Required: Valid and current BSIS-issued CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit.
  
• Required: AHA First Aid/CPR certification.
  
• Participation in random drug screenings.
  
• Must pass Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and meet and greet prior to employment.
  
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  
• Experience in security planning, emergency response, conflict resolution, and residential security technologies.
  
• Strong communication skills, command presence, and confidence.
  
  Desired Qualifications
  
  
• Completion of an executive protection or residential security course.
  
• Experience with secure transportation operations.
