A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for
appointment scheduling and surveys
Assist patients with benefits and insurance information
Provide support to enhance patients' healthcare experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and
Display ports
