If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your skills can have a real impact, let's talk!RequirementsWhat you will do:Support the field sales team on opportunity management (creation, updating, closing)Collaborate with the sales and support functions to ensure contracts are correct and recordedCreate and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivityManage the operational aspect of onboarding new employees and transitions of existing employees with CRMCollaborate with the finance and marketing team to ensure reporting is accurateProvide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce or other CRMImplement tools and processes for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivityCollaborate with other departments to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policiesMaintain data integrity within customer records in CRMMonitor system adoption and data compliance and governanceDevelop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiativesUniversity degreeMinimum 5 years experience in sales or operations analyticsDemonstrated progressive relevant experience and a solid understanding of sales operationsStrong analytical ability and ability to prioritize multiple projectsDeep CRM expertizeExcellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skillsSaaS and B2B experience preferredMaintain weekly/quarterly forecast, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocationWe're looking for creative thinkers, game-changing challengers, and individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit.
