Job Description:

This position will provide comprehensive administrative support as the defensive line for the SVP of RBDC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication abilities, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. They should have an excellent understanding of systems and project management, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the RBDC management team and facilitating effective communication within the distribution team and across the broader RBDC/RBNA organizations.ResponsibilitiesAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leadership
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI) and other relevant software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Self-starter and takes initiative
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

The base salary range for this position is $68,000-$96,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
