Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Service Cloud
Voice (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions and
user acceptance testing
Evaluate business processes and identify enhancement
opportunities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and
complete configuration within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner
or AWS ecosystems
2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud
Voice
Practical exposure to Agile methodology and user story writing
Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard creation
Highly preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator
and Service Cloud Voice Accreditation
