**Title:**
Sr. Analyst, Payroll Systems
**Job Description:**
Provide lead technical skills and support for Payroll
administration to include related HR Systems priorities. Provide
lead activities in the execution of all tasks necessary to process
biweekly payrolls from beginning to end. Partner with HRIS to
provide input into new Payroll processes, prioritize
projects/enhancements, map business processes, configurations, data
management, security architecture, reporting. Participate in
special projects to include compliance, audit, quality, and support
the Payroll Manager with other projects and tasks as required. Job
duties:
+ Provide lead activities in the execution of all tasks necessary
to process biweekly payrolls from beginning to end. Provide
supervisory support of function and staff as needed in absence of
Payroll Manager.
+ Manage expatriate and assignee payroll for global mobility
program support working closely with home and host HR
practitioners, relocation, and tax vendors for year-end reporting
requirements.
+ Perform outbound and inbound integrations of Workday Payroll
system data to other internal company systems (GL) and external
third-party administrators.
+ Serve as subject matter expert within Workday Payroll, Time and
Attendance, and Absence Management. Ability to interpret and
analyze pay rules maintained in time tracking tool.
+ Support internal audits of various payroll areas and prepare
materials for external and internal auditors.
+ Perform data analysis by running reports and using pivot tables.
Compile, analyze, and document issues on payroll and related fiscal
activities in order to identify and solution systemic issues or
problems.
+ Review and update or develop training materials on payroll
processing and maintain internal policies and procedures in
accordance with the law. Administer employee trainings on payroll
policies and usage of payroll related systems.
+ Provide project management and change management lead in
implementation, compliance and/or other related audit projects
(i.e. JSOX, PTO Audit, Hire/Rehire Audit dates etc.).
+ UAT participation to test any upgrades, and/or new
implementations before they go to the production database to ensure
everything is working properly. Partner with cross functional
partners and 3rd party vendors for integration requirement, data
integrity and testing.
+ Partner with HRIS to provide input into new Payroll processes,
prioritize projects/enhancements, map business processes,
configurations, data management, security architecture,
reporting.
+ Create/modify Workday reports and/or dashboards based on
stakeholder requirements. Support Workday Payroll functional and
technical activities including calculated/custom fields, report
writing and EIBs.
+ Participate in special projects to include compliance, audit,
quality, and support the Payroll Manager with other projects and
tasks as required.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of
education/experience.
2. Five (5) to eight (8) years of payroll administration and
analysis experience.
3. Five (5) years of project management, research & analysis,
process improvement/optimization demonstrated performance.
4. Three (3) to five (5) years of functional and technical
HRIS/Payroll/Benefits design and configuration systems
experience.
5. Seasoned knowledge of Payroll functional areas and workflows and
all aspects of payroll laws and regulations.
6. High level of integrity, ability to maintain strict
confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficient with MS Office Suit, including intermediate Excel
experience and managing large sets of data.
**Desired Qualifications**
1. Two (2) to four (4) years specifically with Workday, 1 full life
cycle Payroll implementation.
2. Workday certifications for Payroll.
3. Willingness, initiative, and adaptability to learn additional
Workday modules.
4. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and
entering information and attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent customer service
principles and practices.
6. Ability to professionally interface with all levels of
management and associates.
7. Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced
environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability
to meet deadlines.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary Range:**
$74,331 - $104,063 (Compensation could be higher based education
