offer. Position will interact with NA Sales, Legal, Marketing, and
Customer Service in support of activities and programs in the areas
of NA sales contract administration and pricing strategies.
Position will also support efforts to manage the NA product
consignment and trunk stock inventories, as well as ensure
effective field management of those inventories. Job duties: In
conjunction with MV Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and NA Sales,
develop/administer a process for facilitating the receipt, needs
assessment, support document compilation, and submission of NA
sales and consignment contracts. Provide analytics and make
recommendations related to rebate programs/tracking, RFI/RFP
responses, pricing discounts, GPO admin feeds, and
consignment/trunk stock inventories. Execute and monitor negotiated
contracts from implementation to expiration to ensure that
appropriate pricing is applied to sales orders. Support Sales and
Customer Service in managing updates in product availability during
product launches, discontinuation, and supply delays, specifically
as it relates to the impact on customer contracts. Assist in the
investigation of customer pricing discrepancies and work with
appropriate stakeholders to identify resolutions. Perform
additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor---s degree, preferably in Business or Finance. Five (5) to
seven (7) years of experience in contracts administration or
equivalent; experience with legal terms and conditions preferred.
Experience in sales operations, sales planning, and/or Finance.
High level of analytical and quantitative skills. Desired
Qualifications Strong written, interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to think strategically, logically and objectively.
Communicate effectively with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Operations,
Customer Service, Regulatory, R&D, Accounting/Finance and IT at
all levels of Management. Experience in Medical Device industry a
plus. Strong computer skills to include MS Windows, Word, Advanced
Excel, and familiarity with ERP.
