Handle policyholder and agent inquiries via phone, email, and form
submissions
Strive for first-interaction resolution to enhance customer
satisfaction
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and offer guidance
for improved service
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or
a related field
Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with
willingness to pursue licensing in all states
Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements
Expertise with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel,
SharePoint, and Power Automate
