A company is looking for a Client Delivery Specialist - Online
Brand Protection.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of clients' accounts
Build and maintain close relations with clients to ensure high
customer satisfaction
Enforce intellectual property infringements and perform in-depth
investigations
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Previous knowledge of Brand Protection or Intellectual Property is
highly desirable
Training in trademark law theory and proprietary systems will be
provided
Strong work ethic and ambition, with a focus on team success
