Key Responsibilities
Influence and guide graduates toward successful healthcare careers
through various communication channels
Provide career coaching and post-placement support, including
interview techniques and resume best practices
Maintain accurate documentation and meet department metrics while
completing administrative tasks related to graduate requests
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Prior customer service experience
Basic computer skills to navigate required technology
effectively
