Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Discovery Solutions Senior
Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer revenue recoveries by identifying growth, product
usage, and upsell opportunities
Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and
support executive leadership reviews
Produce actionable reports and develop custom queries to analyze
performance and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in customer management focused
on healthcare revenue cycle technology
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and
PowerPoint
Ability to interact and influence clients and internal stakeholders
effectively
BS/BA degree or coursework in Healthcare Management/Analytics is
preferred
