Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Risk & Controls Advisor
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an understanding of the organization's
business environment and analyze business trends to identify risks
and opportunities
Support the execution of risk management policies and procedures,
identifying risks and control gaps while ensuring timely issue
resolution
Engage with regulatory and internal audit inquiries, assisting in
the development of accurate and timely regulatory submissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services,
First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operations Risk, or
High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
Advanced analytical and data management skills
Experience with Tableau, Excel, SQL, and developing analysis using
weighted averages
Knowledge of risk techniques, practices, control frameworks, and
regulatory requirements
Ability to work effectively with associates and senior
management
