Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to assist
individuals experiencing opioid dependence through the enrollment
process for telemedicine-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in
medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
Conduct phone intakes, verify insurance coverage, and schedule
appointments for new patients
Maintain clear communication with patients and update the CRM to
track enrollment progress
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare
environment
Experience in a call center and insurance verification
Familiarity with EHRs and CRMs is preferred
Prior experience working with individuals experiencing substance
use dependency is preferred
Proficiency in using technology systems such as Google Workspace
and Slack
