A company is looking for a Client Experience Lead, Commercial
Risk-Insurance Advisory Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of client segmentation strategy to meet business
goals and enhance client experience
Achieve and maintain high client retention while ensuring
operational efficiency
Manage insurance company partner relationships and oversee team
development and integration projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 5 years of related experience in a service industry and in
a leadership capacity
Must maintain all licenses required by the State Department of
Insurance
Experience with Agency Management System and/or other CRM-related
software
High level of technical insurance knowledge
Ability to develop effective strategies and motivate team
colleagues
