Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning
Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define the architecture of large multimodal models
(LMMs) and optimize model architectures using deep learning
frameworks
Develop and manage end-to-end training pipelines and implement
distributed training strategies for large-scale datasets
Collaborate with engineers to ensure the architecture accommodates
knowledge injection mechanisms and monitor training processes for
performance optimization
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of deep learning principles and architectures,
particularly transformers
Extensive experience with multimodal machine learning concepts and
optimization techniques for large-scale models
Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as
PyTorch and TensorFlow
Experience with distributed training frameworks and managing GPU
fleets
Solid understanding of knowledge representation concepts, including
knowledge graphs and ontologies
