Position OverviewAs the IT Business Partner, you will drive collaboration with business units to ensure IT aligns with local needs, serving as the primary contact for FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) Global IT. You will collaborate with site leadership, FDB IT functional areas, and project management to ensure seamless alignment with business needs and priorities. • Drive collaboration with business units to ensure IT aligns with local needs, serving as the primary contact for FDB Global IT (Main point of contact) (80%)
• Develop a service and strategic understanding of business needs (20%)Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience with BRP and BRM roles
• Proven experience in IT services and development projects
• Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Set strategic direction and priorities within the respective area
  • Ensure that BU/Site perceives IT as a partner, helping anticipate current and future demands and aligning with business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
