A company is looking for an AI-Driven Amazon Customer Support
Lead & VA.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone and manage
disputes efficiently
Utilize AI tools to enhance customer service efficiency and
automate routine questions
Monitor KPIs related to account health and collaborate with the
Account Health Manager to address listing issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or e-commerce (1-2 years
preferred)
Strong written and spoken English skills
Familiarity with AI tools and time management
Knowledge of Amazon policies is a bonus
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
