Job Description:
Volt is looking for multiple Cleanroom & Packaging Technicians
for a very REPUTABLE MEDICAL DEVICE client in Aliso Viejo!This
position is for 1st shift and have a pay range between $21 - $24/HR
depending on experience.5:30am - 2:00pm, overtime often, 1st
Position is Fridays-Tuesdays & 2nd Position Wednesday-Sunday 3rd
Position Sunday - Thursday, 4th Position Wednesday - SundayMust
have lead experience. Here are some job duties:Gowning/Kanban
Inventory Replenishment ActivitiesCleanroom MonitoringCleaning of
Molds, Lens Caps, Cases & Lens HoldersWork long hours with
microscopic partsCleaning of Lens Caps & CasesLabel Production,
Haptic cutting, polishing, cleaning, inspectionConduct lens testing
according to establish work instructions utilizing comparator,
optical and mechanical test benches, pull tester and OCT
EquipmentPerform tests, gather test data and records results in
accordance with manufacturing requirementsSterilization Packaging,
Pouching of Lenses and Final Lens PackagingLabel Production &
AccessoriesKitting Accessories (Pouching, Forming Boxes, Assembling
