Job Description We are looking for candidates to fill one of two
shifts 3:00 am-11:30am - optional remote 6:00 am-2:30pm This is an
in-office position, and the office is located in Aliso Viejo, CA.
Our rapidly growing team is looking for new team members to join
our Customer Support group. We are seeking high-energy candidates
who are passionate about customer success. You will be responsible
for front-line customer-facing support for suppliers using the
Transcepta service. Job scope and responsibilities: Act as front
line support for our supplier community Answer inbound phone calls
from suppliers transacting with the Transcepta platform Manage
inbound tickets submitted from our help site and respond via email
and/or phone Track and maintain your tickets to closure Proactively
report any issues to our Product team Maintain detailed case
history in our case track system Document processes and best
practices as required Experience and education : High school
diploma required; associate degree or college degree preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer support role (preferably
in technology) Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis
on listening Must be able to juggle being on the phone and using
multiple online system interfaces to locate information Ability to
deal effectively with people while maintaining a professional and
positive attitude Understanding of invoice and purchase order
document formats is a big plus Experience with Salesforce CRM is a
big plus To be considered for employment, applicants must be
