Our summer internship program immerses each intern in an
interactive, project-based work environment. Over the span of three
months, interns will participate in an in-depth orientation week,
facility tours, Leadership Speaker Series Q&A panel, community
service activities, baseball games, and beach bashes-all crafted to
invest in our interns' personal and professional development. Year

**Process Engineer Intern**
The Process Engineer Intern supports the manufacturing
activities of new product lines by developing and optimizing
processes, qualifying equipment and identifying cost reductions.
Typical job duties include:
+ Support launch of new products.
+ Create, execute and document equipment/processes validations
(IQ, OQ, PQ).
+ Create fixture/component drawings for new or existing
+ Performs initial development and feasibility studies of new or
+ Interfaces with other departments (R&D, Quality,
Regulatory) to solve production problems.
+ Investigation and testing of product/ process validations.

1. Working toward a Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical
Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or other related
1. Strong interest and/or experience in equipment process
development and equipment /process qualification.
1. Coursework and/or knowledge of statistics and tooling design
1. Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
1. Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
(SolidWorks a plus).
1. Strong communication skills.
1. Knowledge of statistical tools including Design of
Experiments (DOE) and Cpk for process development,
