Job Description:
We are currently seeking an AP Supervisor with 5+ years of full
cycle, high-volume AP processing experience.
Pay up to $70,000 per year
Responsibilities for the AP Supervisor:
Responsible for supervising the AP Staff and the full AP process
Responsible for handling the expense reporting in Concur Handle
2/3-way matching, purchase orders and ensuring all PO's are managed
and cleared Manage the cash forecasting, EFT/Wires and ACH payments
Handle research and discrepancies, vendor management and vendor
reconciliation Month-end close, monthly reconciliations and
assisting with monthly financialsRequirements for the AP
Supervisor:
5+ years of full cycle high-volume AP experience 3+ years of
supervisory experience Strong experience working with Concur Great
Plains is a plus Strong Excel skills Strong verbal and written
communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced
environment
