Key Responsibilities
Handle written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court
hearings in labor & employment litigation matters
Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
Provide legal expertise in labor & employment litigation for both
contract and permanent positions
Required Qualifications
3-15 years of experience in labor & employment litigation
Licensed to practice law in California
Excellent academic credentials
Available for contract or permanent roles, part-time or
full-time
Remote work capability
