Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nonprofit Organizations/Tax-Exempt
Attorney (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal assistance and support to nonprofit organization
clients, including document review and drafting
Research tax and legal matters relevant to nonprofit
organizations
Manage client projects and communicate directly with clients
regarding timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S.
and in good standing
Mandatory license to practice law in Pennsylvania, with additional
state licenses preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
Experience in nonprofit law, tax law, and/or corporate law is
essential
Demonstrated interest and experience serving nonprofit
organizations
