About the Team
Intuit's Virtual Expert Platform owns the technology platform enabling sales and customer success teams to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time. We modernize and enhance capabilities that are scalable and vital for business growth. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in Customer Success and Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that improve customer experiences and drive sales at scale. You will shape our Salesforce strategy to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations, with hands-on involvement in system architecture and execution.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Lead Salesforce integrations with other systems and processes to ensure a seamless experience for users and customers.
  
• Promote adoption of Salesforce solutions through best practices and training programs.
  
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance, making adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
  
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and innovations to support business growth.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical staff.
  
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and Salesforce Account Executives to leverage external expertise cost-effectively.
  
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and standards across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  
  Compensation and Benefits
  Intuit offers a competitive pay package with a strong performance-based rewards approach. The base salary range for Southern California is $249,541 - $315,000. This role is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Details can be found at . Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location, with ongoing pay equity practices.
  Minimum Qualifications
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 8+ years as a Salesforce Architect, focusing on Customer Success and Sales domains.
  
• 5+ years developing or implementing enterprise software solutions.
  
• Expertise with Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Pub/Sub, Tooling, Metadata).
  
• Strong data management skills, including SQL, RDBMS, and SOA principles.
  
• Technical leadership experience from project inception to completion.
  
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado, AutoRABIT.
  
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
  
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Architect are a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
