Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Answers moderately complex questions and resolves incidents related
to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Documents service requests and dispatches orders to support groups
for problem resolution
Provides onboarding support for new associates, including system
access and security clearances
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 1-2 years' experience in the area of responsibility
