Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Training Specialist to
provide training and support for Oracle applications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user maintenance tasks and troubleshoot advanced issues
with DAI
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training events
for end-users
Support DAI Help Desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of
tickets and documentation of procedures
Required Qualifications
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET
Clearance
7+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS workforce training
Deep understanding of DAI capability areas, including reporting and
compliance
Experience in creating training materials, user guides, and
conducting training events
Familiarity with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool and
support for DAI Help Desk
