A company is looking for a Senior Global Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles,
ensuring high quality and adherence to SLAs
Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through
various sourcing channels
Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and
improve processes
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate)
Demonstrated experience with recruiting for Tech roles
Proven experience with Data-Driven Recruitment
Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices
Experience with Recruitment KPIs
