Job Description:

In this role, the Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist will oversee the full cycle payroll functions of the organization, ensuring pay is processed in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally, the Payroll Administrator/HR Generalist will partner with the HR Department to assist in daily Human Resources administrative functions.
--- High School Diploma or equivalent required
--- Possess general knowledge of administrative and Human Resources methods, best practices, and local, federal, and state laws
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
--- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
--- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
--- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
--- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
--- A sense of urgency, comfort with ambiguity, drive for results and ability to remain true to the company's mission
--- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
--- Associates or bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
--- 1-3 years relevant experience in the Human Resources or Business Administration industry
--- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job and to move or lift up to 25 pounds
--- Ability to move freely about the office or facility(ies) for the duration of the workday
--- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
--- Must be able to travel to regional facilities as required
--- Perform payroll analysis, including analyzing date, preparing reports, and forecasting payroll trends
--- Support employees administratively with questions regarding payroll, systems, and other training platforms
--- Assist and support with all administrative payroll processes including but not limited to:
o Bi-weekly company payroll
o Updating employee payrates
o Resolving direct deposit discrepancies
--- Managing benefit administration, including 401(k), health insurance plans, and quarterly Worker's Compensation
--- Preform other related duties as needed
