As a dynamic Recruiter, you will be focused on helping build an iconic brand with a new go-to-market strategy requiring the need to recruit talented people across the organization. You'll be focused on working with the GT Bicycles Leadership Team to recruit talent, lead employee onboarding, and champion a high-performance culture that is an awesome experience for our employees on and off the bike path. You will not be alone as you will have guidance and support from our Pon Bike Performance HR Team that will operate as a Center of Excellence (COE) for Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and other HR disciplines. Specific job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Source qualified candidates who are a cultural fit; coordinate scheduling and conduct quality interviews and fill open roles in a timely mannerWork closely with hiring managers & conduct thorough intake meetings, weekly cadence meetings to discuss candidates, interview schedules and prep the hiring manager for interviews with detailed candidate profilesOnboard all employees to ensure an optimal New Hire experience aligned to company cultureChampion a culture committed to quality work, passion to perform and having fun along the wayCreate and maintain electronic personnel files for all employees in WorkdayProvide policy and procedure clarification and guidance to all employeesManage administrative process, including auditing of HRIS data and employment law complianceManage effective and engaging communication programs from HR to employeesProvide HR support to the business, answer employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related topicsMaintain back-end process for terminations, such as terming out of systems and preparing separation paperworkManage I-9 binders and keep track of expirationsAssist Leadership with the coordination and planning of company events such as monthly lunches, quarterly bike rides and dinnersWHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLEBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications or 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruiter roleExperience as an autonomous Recruiter, staffing roles in multiple functions of a businessDemonstrated client-service orientation with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and customer service attitudeStrong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clear expectationsOrganized; ability to manage projects while delivering core role resultsEffective at managing time and prioritizationExperience with Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeTechnical curiosity and interest in evolving trends in HR products and servicesExperience with HRIS software is preferredA 'can do' attitude, along with a sense of urgency and a sense of humorLanguage Skills: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English.
