Job Description:Job Summary:As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers across the company to define their jobs, generate candidate pipeline and hire candidates. You will develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization, while utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to include social media platforms, job boards, job fairs, referrals, networking. Maintain accurate candidate records on the internal applicant tracking system. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and e-mail. Articulate and negotiate all aspects of the job offer with candidates (including salary, benefits, relocation, etc.).Our ideal Recruiter holds strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates of a technical background. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.Job Duties:Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.Collaborates with department managers and HR to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Collects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Implements and utilizes the procedures and processes for Job Postings / Job Placement. Posts job advertisements on job sites and social media.Create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent. Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and interview. Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.Schedule interviews, coordinating times between interviewers and candidates. Assists with the interview process, may attend, and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other team members.Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite push back when required.
