Line Cook - Cold Side:

Primary Responsibilities:
A Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the Cold Side of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures.
