Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 22 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services. Additional Details: All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience: - EP experience. Would really like a candidate that has more panning and circulating experience, ideally in EP as well as heart caths. - Community Hospital Experience. - Cardiac Stent Placement, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Temporary Pacemaker, Electrophysiology Studies, Pacemaker Insertion, Procedural Responsibilities, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Neurological Studies/Procedures, Additional Skills, See Text Box for additional requirements, Inpatient, Outpatient . Preferred Skills/Experience: ASD Closures, Impella insertion, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Watchman, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardioversion, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology Evaluation, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Perform EKG lead placement, Room circulator, Scrub – maintain sterile field. - Rotablader, Pacemakers, obtaining vitals, rhythm interpretation, sinus node rhythms. - Phillips C arm, Seimens C arm. Weekends will exceed every other. Any variable shifts are scheduled as needed, not rotating.
