This position will be responsible for providing nursing care and
case management services for patients in the Behavioral Health
Unit. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient's mental health
status Develop and implement care plans Coordinate with healthcare
providers and community resources Provide support and education to
patients and their families Requirements: Active LVN license
Previous experience in behavioral health nursing preferred Strong
