This is a contract position with flexible scheduling and assignment length, ideal for an OT who values autonomy, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and a collaborative clinical environment. This opportunity is with an established multi-state home health organization known for its person-centered approach, commitment to high-quality care in the home, and strong interdisciplinary team model supporting adult and senior patients. Position Overview The OT will provide skilled occupational therapy services to adult patients in their homes, including evaluation, treatment planning, direct intervention, patient/caregiver education, and coordination with the care team.
