a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support
Medical Assistants and back-office clinical staff Perform and
oversee patient triage (phone, portal, and in-clinic) Manage daily
back-office staffing assignments and coverage Ensure timely
handling of patient messages, refill requests, and clinical tasks
Monitor clinical workflows to optimize efficiency and patient
experience Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to
MA team Assist with clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and
compliance standards Partner with providers and leadership to
support smooth clinic operations Maintain high standards of patient
safety, privacy, and care quality Support onboarding and skills
validation for new clinical staff Qualifications Active California
RN license (required) Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
(OB/GYN or women’s health preferred) Prior supervisory or lead
experience strongly preferred Strong triage and clinical
decision-making skills Experience working with electronic medical
records (EMR) Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment Preferred Women’s
health or OB/GYN experience Prior experience supervising Medical
Assistants Experience with high-volume outpatient clinics What We
