This is a great opportunity to join a great team providing outpatient care at a group private practice located in San Diego County, for a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in outpatient therapy services. This full-time, hourly position (up to 40 hours/week) requires a minimum of two years of direct care clinical experience and offers a competitive benefits package including medical health benefits, paid time off, unlimited flex time, and 401(k)! Our outpatient group practice provides our team members with comprehensive outpatient counseling services such as referrals, intake assistance, billing, and marketing support. We have a 90-day peer mentor program which supports all incoming therapists in providing great care and learning our systems and documentation requirements. Compensation: $50 - $60 hourly Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, adhering to clinic guidelines and ethical standards. Engage in regular peer consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a collaborative work culture. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques. Participate in our 90-day peer mentor program to support new team members and foster a culture of continuous learning. Actively contribute to the clinic's outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and engage with the community. Qualifications: Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, in good standing with the BBS. Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings. Proven ability to provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans collaboratively. Strong documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely client progress records. Ability to engage in peer consultations and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Experience in crisis intervention using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques is a plus.
