Mission Hills, California Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 1:2 patient ratio,
24-hour orientation, float between like units as needed Highlights:
377-bed acute care Magnet facility with a strong reputation for
nursing excellence Low patient ratios of 1:2 across all shifts
(days, nights, weekends) Epic charting system and interdisciplinary
support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response
teams, and more First-time travelers welcome; block scheduling may
be available at manager discretion Free parking provided;
professional scrubs supplied for L&D and OR No mandatory
on-call or weekend requirements Requirements: Active California
state RN license (must be in hand prior to submission) Minimum 2
years of recent Labor & Delivery experience Experience at a
facility performing at least 200 deliveries per month preferred
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN, LA Fire
Card (within last 30 days) Experience circulating for cesarean
sections in the operating room required Proficiency with Epic
charting system preferred Two supervisory references covering 1
year within the last 3 years Willingness to float to similar units
