Our vision is to be the premier healthcare provider in the region, delivering exceptional patient experiences through innovative, integrated care.The RN Clinic Supervisor is responsible for supervising back office staff and, within the scope of practice, performing nursing duties following established policies, procedures and standards. -The RN Clinic Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that back office staff work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high quality health care.Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• At least one (1) year clinical nursing experience in an -outpatient care setting.
• At least one (1) year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelors in Nursing is preferred. -
• BLS Certification for health care providers
• Current Californian State Board RN License
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferredBenefits: -

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
