Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Manager for Revenue
Integrity Audit Recovery and Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage government and commercial payer audit and recovery programs,
implementing solutions based on feedback
Proactively identify adverse audit outcomes and develop plans to
address revenue leakage
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and multi-disciplinary team
workflows to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
Active RN License in the state of practice
Ten years of revenue cycle experience in a hospital setting
Two years in a professional level leadership role in a hospital
setting
Demonstrated experience in Medical Billing, Computer Coding, and
Revenue Cycle
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
