Description:Vent Management, Codes, EKG, and Intubation are
requiredProviders need to have an active MI license and CSR along
with a DEA to be consideredLocum will admit to the EDLocum will
supervise APPProviders work 7 shifts in a row.Night coverage to be
provided by PA/NP.Locum will use housing set up by the
facilityFacility will not reimburse flights - drive in providers
only pleaseSUBMISSION REQUIREMENTSBC or BE w/in 5 years of

RequiredACLSATLSLocal provider who can drive to assignment (they
will allow hotel) - RequiredCarson City is located in the center of
the State on State Highway 57 (M-57). It is within an hours driving
time of Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Mt. Pleasant. The City
encompasses one (1) square mile and we have a population of
approximately 1100 people.The Business District has a variety of
storefronts including, but not limited to, antique shops, hardware
store, hair stylist, pizza shop, quilt shop, art studio, and flower
