Sr. Specialist, Healthcare Compliance
Assist in the implementation of the corporate compliance program.
Facilitate the accurate reporting of HCP (Health Care Professional)
and teaching hospital payments under the CMS Open Payments System.
Assist the Healthcare Compliance Manager with the development and
implementation of compliance training and communications. Assist
with the implementation of the Third-Party Management SOP and
annual third-party compliance certifications and training records.
Provide reports and data analytics on findings and assist the
Compliance Manager develop corrective action plans.
What You'll Be Doing
Facilitate the HCP aggregate spend reporting process, including
identifying and making changes to accurately record and capture all
reportable HCP transactions and provide training as needed.
Interact with various corporate functions and instruct and update
associates on compliance risk areas, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the design of the annual compliance training, track the
effectiveness of compliance training, and provide statistics and
remedial plans as needed.
Assist with the implementation of the Third-Party Management SOP
and annual third-party compliance certifications and training
Administer the due diligence platform for new and existing third
parties, recognizing, recording, and resolving due diligence red
flags and escalating issues identified as applicable.
Conduct data analysis and draft due diligence reports on
Assist with departmental record keeping and periodic reporting to
assist with corrective action plans.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
The Skills/Experience Needed for the Job
BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience with internal
auditing, monitoring, testing, and/or HCP reporting.
Medical device, pharmaceutical, or life science industry
Strong organizational skills, collaboration, and attention to
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and ERP systems
(SAP, Concur, JD Edwards).
