Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Creative to lead and elevate
its visual and brand expression.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Brand Design: Define and evolve the visual identity across all
media
Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute high-impact
outputs that engage key audiences
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams to
provide creative solutions to challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in a
startup or high-growth tech environment
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, video production,
and brand development
Experience building and scaling brand systems and creative
processes
Strong understanding of digital and product design principles
Passion for mission-driven work; experience in philanthropy,
nonprofit, or SaaS is a plus
