Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Resource Coordination to
oversee community and resource coordination activities for
members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review community and resource coordination activities,
ensuring members are connected to local resources
Oversee and approve tasks for the community and resource
coordination team based on requirements and member needs
Set goals for the team to enhance the quality of care and ensure
compliance with regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of related experience
Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience in managing teams and coordinating care resources
Knowledge of state and regulatory guidelines related to community
resources
