Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations for
the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the People Operations function for the Americas, managing
employee lifecycle processes and ensuring scalability
Oversee compliance management, including employee handbooks,
training, and governmental reporting
Support global expansion by ensuring consistency in People policies
and practices across regions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles, with at
least 3 years in people management
Deep knowledge of employment compliance and regional labor laws
Strong strategic problem-solving skills to improve operational
efficiencies
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics for
decision-making
Excellent organizational and project management skills
