Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Managed Care Quality
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Own and assess the analytical processes for insurance pricing
accuracy and optimization
Conduct in-depth analysis of large data sets to identify pricing
trends and discrepancies
Develop and implement quality assurance processes for pricing
models and communicate insights across departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3
years in financial analysis and managed care
Extensive knowledge of healthcare landscape and managed care
performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel;
SQL knowledge is desirable
Strong understanding of government reimbursement models and managed
care contracts
