Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Individual Giving.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive individual giving strategy to
grow annual revenue from mid-level and major donors
Manage a portfolio of 100 - 150 individual donors and prospects,
leading cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts
Supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with various teams to
enhance donor engagement and fundraising efforts
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in fundraising with a strong track record in
individual giving and donor portfolio management
Demonstrated success in cultivating and closing five- and
six-figure gifts
Strong understanding of donor engagement strategies and fundraising
best practices
Commitment to racial justice and the mission of the
organization
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a
plus
