Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy aligned
with organizational goals
Design and manage professional development offerings to foster a
culture of continuous learning
Collaborate with Learning Specialists to create engaging and
relevant learning content
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate education or training management
Strong understanding of educational best practices and workforce
development
Experience in developing and evaluating educational programs
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital
education tools
Leadership experience in mentoring and supporting educational
staff
