Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of 340B Customer
Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Corporate Partnerships Account Management team
to identify 340B value and support customer retention efforts
Collaborate with teams to present 340B solutions to customers and
support operational implementation for contract pharmacies
Participate in cross-functional teams to execute the 340B
Enterprise Strategy and stay updated on market trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales,
marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience,
including five years in 340B contract pharmacy operations
Advanced expertise in 340B operations, preferably with a 340B
operations certificate program
Experience with customer relationship management tools
Broad knowledge of retail, specialty Rx, and alternate care
industries
